2. Products & Services

Stitched in Legacy provides custom embroidery, custom printing, branded apparel, promotional products, and specialty custom merchandise.

Because many of our products are custom-made:

  • Colors may vary slightly from digital mockups

  • Placement may vary slightly depending on garment style

  • Final products may differ slightly from screen previews

3. Custom Design Responsibility

By submitting logos, artwork, or designs, you confirm:

  • You own the design
    OR

  • You have permission to use the design

Stitched in Legacy is not responsible for trademark, copyright, or intellectual property violations related to customer-submitted artwork.

4. Payments

  • Full payment may be required before production begins

  • Deposits may be required for larger orders

  • Orders are not processed until payment is received

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to payment issues.

5. Production Times

Standard turnaround times typically range from:

  • Embroidery: 3–7 business days

  • Printing: 3–7 business days

  • Large orders may require additional time

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

6. Shipping

Shipping timelines vary based on location and carrier.

Stitched in Legacy is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • Delays caused by weather or shipping disruptions

7. Refunds & Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • All custom sales are final

  • No refunds on personalized items unless there is an error on our part

If there is a production issue, customers must contact us within 5 business days of receiving their order.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

Design fees, setup fees, and completed work are non-refundable.

9. Pricing

Prices may change at any time without notice.

Bulk pricing may vary depending on quantity and design complexity.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website unlawfully

  • Attempt to damage website functionality

  • Submit fraudulent orders

11. Limitation of Liability

Stitched in Legacy is not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
