Refund Policy

At Stitched in Legacy, every item is custom-made with care and crafted specifically for each customer. Because many of our products are personalized, we ask that customers carefully review all order details before final approval.
 

 

Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom printing, embroidery, DTF, sublimation, banners, and promotional products:

  • All custom orders are final sale

  • No refunds will be issued once design approval has been provided

  • No refunds will be issued after production has started

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, sizes, colors, quantities, and artwork before approval

Deposits

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom orders before production begins

  • Remaining balance must be paid before pickup, shipping, or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.
After 24 hours:

  • Changes may result in additional fees

  • Cancellations may not be eligible for refunds

  • ​

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error made by Stitched in Legacy, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

If the error is confirmed:

  • We may offer a replacement

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund (when applicable)

Shipping Delays
Stitched in Legacy is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by customer approval timelines

 

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized apparel

  • Custom embroidery

  • Custom DTF transfers

  • Custom banners

  • Promotional items

  • Clearance items

  • Digital designs/files
