Processing Time

All custom embroidery and print orders are made to order.

• Standard production time: 3–7 business days

• Bulk or complex orders: 5–10 business days

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been completed and is ready to ship.

 

 

Shipping Options

We offer reliable shipping options to ensure your order arrives safely and on time:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

• Rush Delivery: 1–2 business days (available upon request)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

 

Local Delivery (Atlanta Area)

Customers located in or near Atlanta, Georgia can select local delivery at checkout.

You will be notified when your order is has been delivered.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Custom items cannot be shipped until production is complete

Stitched in Legacy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any shipping issues.
